Not Component Video, CompositeJuly 12, 2010 E.J. There is a difference between Component and Composite connectors for ipod, touch and iphone. Component is RGB connectors Plus R/W for audio. Composite is single Yellow for video and R/W for audio. Component connectors need all 5 jacks and cost $49 from Apple. Composite can be found for a little as $15 to 20 from after-market mfgs. PAy attention to images. I made the mistake the first time I bought "Component AV" cables.
sooo sadJuly 8, 2010 right product please didnt work on my newer ipod touch. wouldn't play audio or video. only played audio on my older touch. really sucks for me. almost willing to pay the extra cash for apple's cables.
